WHO ARE STUDIO POP-UPS FOR?

Studio Pop-Ups are for anyone wanting fresh, elevated images that still feel natural and like themselves. They’re perfect for individual portraits, headshots, personal branding, couples, families, maternity, and holiday photos.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Each $600 session includes 20 minutes of photography and 15 professionally edited, high-resolution images delivered through a private online gallery.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Classic, neutral pieces photograph beautifully in the studio. Think cream, white, tan, black, denim, and soft natural tones. Choose something polished and comfortable that still feels like you. You’ll also receive additional preparation guidance after booking.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY IMAGES?

You’ll receive a private proofing gallery after your session and select your 15 favorite images for final editing. Selections must be submitted within 14 days.
CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL IMAGES?

Yes! Additional edited images and a full-gallery upgrade will be available after you receive your proofing gallery. You may also add priority delivery or behind-the-scenes iPhone content to your session.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE?

Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so arriving late will reduce the amount of time available for your session. Please arrive early enough to park, prepare, and be ready to begin at your scheduled time. Additional time cannot be guaranteed.
WHERE IS THE STUDIO, AND WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Sessions take place at Warm Studio in Costa Mesa. Parking is available on Babcock Street only. The complete studio address and arrival instructions will be sent after booking.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations made seven or more days before the session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than seven days before the session are eligible for a 50% refund. No-shows are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred.
